I understand that taking the first steps to find the help you need are not always easy. That's why I create a safe, non-judgmental, compassionate space for my clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns. I will work with you in a flexible manner to find the inner peace you seek.
I specialize in working with adult individuals who struggle with eating disorders/ disordered eating behaviors, trauma histories, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
I found my way to the helping profession through my own therapeutic journey. I discovered that at my core was a true ME that I had lost touch with. Once I found that presence, and learned to love and trust it, I was able to move forward in life in a peaceful way.
I believe that this place of peace exists within each of us. Through a compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment, I journey with my clients to help them find their true Selves.
